Red Hat :: DNS Error In RHEL 5.1 - Unknown RR Type

I am doing the DNS configuration for the first time. Error in named configuration:
zone localdomain/IN: loaded serial 42
zone localhost/IN: loaded serial 42
zone 0.0.127.in-addr.arpa/IN: loaded serial 1997022700
file1:9: unknown RR type 'example.com.'
file1:11: unknown RR type 'red.exmple.com.'

I just loaded octave. I ran through a few examples of how to implement a script file. Everything works until I get to "plot". When I run the "plot" command I get the following.

i am trying to compile kernel 2.6.23 on Fedora 12 After fixing a few bugs (getline error, %dil ,etc) i was able to compile the kernel made initramfs img using dracut updated grub and then booted up the new kernel 2.6.23 but it fails to boot with following error mount: unknown filesystem type 'ext4'
Formated new drive with ext3 on external drive on Suse 11.1 When upgraded to 11.2, drive was not connected... Could not get mounted after that... Set up another boot drive, could not get to mount. Found post with following:
Error as follows: mount: unknown filesystem type 'crypto_LUKS' Have also got to another point where superblock was incorrect. I can use terminal, but am not a linux guru... Have looked at other posts under luks, but can not find a solution.
A directory on my desktop has recently become inaccessible. The error message that is given when I attempt to open the directory is as follows: Could not display "nikki stuff", The file is of unknown type. I brought up a terminal and did an ls -l on the directory, which produced the following: -rwxrwxrwx 1 nikki nikki 314 2010-07-26 19:16 nikkis%20stuff.desktop Unfortunately, the computer is not mine, so I do not know much more about how this happened.
Lately, my rxvt-unicode has been generating this ~$ top 'rxvt-256color': unknown terminal type. Many of the terms have a colour patch. Where is the one for rxvt? Is there one in Debian or do I have to get creative?
I recently upgrade my armel NAS from etch to squeeze. During the partitioning step of the installation I intentionally left unmounted the data partition (900GB formatted XFS) but after the installation I'm not able to mount it.

So i noticed throught lsmod that I don't have the module for xfs
Tried installing xfsprogs but it didn't helped. So I searched for xfs-modules but seems it doesn't exists for armel architecture. Am I right? What does it means? That XFS is not supported in armel Squeeze? Assumed I can't transfer/backup 900GB of partition, is there a way to convert it on-the-fly to a supported filesystem format?
I changed the first line of /etc/fstab in an attempt to get rid of an annoying message "mount: unknown filesystem type 'static'". All I did was put a "#" on the first line .... changing the original from:
I have tried desperately to get to the file system so that I can edit that first line in fstab out but nothing works and the file system comes up as read only ...

when checking the /proc/filesystems, i noticed that 'ntfs' is not listed there, several forum suggested i try running 'modprobe ntfs'. If that is not found, you'll need a kernel with ntfs support. i'm so lost, where to i get the modprobe ntfs
on my dual HD5500/GT940M. I can not turn on Nvidia. just install bumblebee and got the error "unknown header type 7f" if I remove bumblebee, Nvidia 340 loaded but system run on HD5500, no way to use Primus or to switch to 2nd card.
I had windows with ntfs I installed ubuntu. All ok. Gurb with 2 os, can ran windows and ubuntu and can mount ntfs partition in ubuntu I installed debian with lvm over ubuntu partition. I can't mount ntfs partition now, and windows doesn't appears in gurb
I can't active vg because haven't name, but is not lvm, is only ntfs partition Maybe ubuntu puts in lvm and grub? Any idea? If I change with fdisk to ntfs i lose all the information in the partition?
I have 4 partitions in my system, out of which two(sda1, sda2) have windows on them. I have installed RHEL 4 32 - bit on sda3 and after that , installed installed RHEL 64-bit on to a partition sda 5. Now i am unable to boot into RHEL 32-bit. The error i am getting is Error 13: Invalid or unsupported executable format.

Running any freeglut based application from a terminal with Opensuse 11.3 cause that terminal to be spammed with freeglut messages like the following one:

When I try to boot to OpenSUSE I get the following error during boot-up: unknown filesystem type 'reiserfs' could not mount root filesystem - exiting to /bin/sh$
This only started happening quite recently - before this I could boot to Linux quite happily.
I have a "Storage" partition in my hard drive which I have labeled as such and added to fstab. This is my fstab file:

The problem is that when I open up nautilus and click the Computer icon in the toolbar (which gives the fake computer:/// address) I see two items referring to my Storage partition:
* Storage (which appears to be of "unknown type" in the properties). * 500 GB Hard Disk: Storage (which is the one that works).
Whenever I try to change a user full name, through System / Administration / Users and Groups, I get the following error: The configuration could not be saved - An unknown error occurred. Running Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS 64 bit, freshly installed.
When I send mail via Evoultion it does seem to send ok but still the following error message comes up: Error while sending message. Failed to append to : Unknown error Appending to local 'Sent' folder instead. Not sure what's up with that but thought I would mention it.

how is limitation with ip_recent where highest value for hit_count is 20,and how i need to modify and recompile ip_recent.But i was not able find anything about either modify or recompiling that module.I have cent os 5.4 64 bit,iptables are installed over yum.Also i have 4 servers with completely identical configuration,yet on two servers portflood works while on other two it reporting that error.Maybe it was different install cd which caused this,but again i dont know why this doesnt work since iptables version are indetical.
Many of mails sent from my mail server that are in Queue;The main reason is deffered by domains like yahoo,aol,etc.but there is one more error that i keep getting and that is Host Unknown,Below is an example from mail log,The catch is,test mail sent on the same email id sent from my personal mail from the same server i.e. url was deliveredHowever,another mail containing client information sent from customercare@mycompanysdomain ended up in queue.
There are more examples of the same,around 20 domain have the same problem.
I have a problem with Transmission. After using it for over six months without a single problem, it suddenly stopped downloading. In the torrents that do no get downloaded, I get an error message Tracker responded: Unknown error (0) in the info window, tracker tab. But there are torrents with the same tracker that don'thave a problem and get downloaded fineThe logs don't give a clue about whats wrong either.I tried downloading those torrents with Vuze and I had the same problem. What could be wrong?
I have a dual boot system with ubuntu 9.10 x64 and Windows 7. Everything has been working fine for a a long time but yesterday I tried to delete an unused partition through the Disk Utility in ubuntu (System->Adminstration->Disk Utility) and everything was messed up. I used to get the "Grub error: Unknown filesystem". I managed to create an ubuntu bootable usb and followed some tutorials for fixing grub but all i managed to do is to get another error: "Grub error: No such disc". After some experimentation i got "Grub stage 1.5" which gave me a grub> command prompt./dev/sda is the drive containing Windows and Ubuntu.

I have mounted a windows share folder on /mnt. When i gave any directory within /mnt/ to stat function it fails with errorno 75. perror shows "Value too large for defined data type". Example 1 is fail but Example 2 works fine.
