View 1 RepliesI am trying to re-write my local web pages in HTML5. My original pages used an include file so that I had a consistent set of links on the top of each page. I used - require("link_list.php");
But this does not seem to be possible in HTML5. I am guessing that there is a way to do this, searching the web suggests object or embed, but these create a new page within my original page, which is not what I want.

I have tried removing the offending package, although I cannot find it. I have also tried re-installing. I have also tried changing FC and F90 flags to avoid the MPI version.

When I hardcode abc.bin to inputFileName - I can open the file in cpp. But when I pass the same using an optional argument, it fails. Note that in both cases, fprintf, prints the inputFileName as abc.bin properly.
I get can't open - no file or directory.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have done a completely fresh install of Ubuntu 10.04. As soon as I installed it and checked for updates there were a few, but I got an error for the package linux-libc-dev.
I should make it known that since I got this error about 2 days ago, there have been several more updates issued for other packages, but I still get the same error for this package. Everything else installs fine and currently linux-libc-dev is the only package in my list. When I try to install it via the update manager I get a popup window with the following error message:
Quote:
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-libc-dev_2.6.32-22.33_i386.deb: unable to stat `./usr/include/asm-generic/mman.h' (which I was about to install)
To get more information I also ran it from the terminal:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

This package provides headers from the Linux kernel. These headers are used by the installed headers for GNU glibc and other system libraries. They are NOT meant to be used to build third-party modules for your kernel. Use linux-headers-* packages for that.
I am working on a Linux embedded C++ project. When I do an install, all of the header files are copied into the target at /usr/include/.My question is, why would the target ever need the C++ header files? It seems to me all the target needs is the executables and the library *.so files.I want to remove the installation of header files into the target but I'm afraid I'm missing something.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm learning GTK , and would like to use Codeblocks, and/or KDEvelop, and compile my c files using that, but always get an error about gtk/gtk.h not found, but can't figure out how to add the commands... I normally type gcc -o Program1 main.c `pkg-config --libs --cflags gtk+-2.0` That's a lot to type every time to compile.. Isn't there an easier way, in KDevelop, Monodevelop, and/or Codeblocks to make this step quicker, by adding some sort of I-/usr/include commands, or something?? thanks in advance, =). I looked online for some results, but didn't come across anything handy..
View 1 Replies View RelatedBasically I have a dir that contains my makefile and another directory inside this called source this holds main source files. External to these I have a couple of dirs common and drives.
In my make file I use
To include the protoypes from the headers in the folders common and drivers used by source, this works fine. However in common and drivers I use a few variables that are set in the source dir. I set these with externs inside the common and driver files. However I'm sure I should be able to set the directory path for source inside my makefile. So say I have inside source hardware.h with prototypes, I set DINCDIR = -I/Source -I../Drivers -I../CommonFiles
Then from a c file inside my common folder I say #include "hardware.h" the file should be able to see hardware.h and it's protoypes. However I get:
Is there some way I can get the extern dirs to see the source dir?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI created a key pair in kgpg on suse 11.1 kgpg version 1.2.2. i am able to encrypted and decrypted files on the pc with no issues. I then exported the public key for the key pair created above, placed on flash drive and moved to my laptop running suse 11.2.
i open kgpg version 2.2.2 and imported the key, all was good. I then passed the file encrypted on 11.1 to the 11.2 laptop and with kgpg tried to decrypt the file, but the decrypting failed. The details shows the public key i just imported and then it says gpg:decryption failed: No Secret key.
I am not clear why on it is failing and if i missed a step some where along the way.
I'm experiencing a problem running Banshee 2.0 on my Ubuntu 11.04 system. Basically, I'm getting the following fatal error, the code of which is quoted hereunder. Of note is that uninstalling and reinstalling Banshee (through Ubuntu Software Centre) doesn't fix this problem. My problem is, after I open the file and do the first grep for <Updated> (which does work), I am unable to grep again unless I close the file and open it.
