When I try to hit my jsp pages all that gets displayed is the source code.I cannot find any log files that give me any information. It seems as though apache is not forwarding requests to tomcat6 but I cannot verify this. I need some direction on what is happening here. I'm lost and have run out of options.Would JAVA classpaths cause this type of behaviour if they are wrong?
View 2 RepliesI have downloaded both versions of Fedora 11 (Gnome and KDE) to iso files on my hard disk - in Windows XP. I then tried the verification procedure advised in [URL]... section 3.1. I have successfully installed and run hashcalc, with the SHA1 option, and got the following results:
- for the Gnome version : 795b52b3c7b16eba6f2cae055ec894d8648d8095
- for the KDE version : 38ef6c97e29803add28d40add05aa025b6f4c92b.
But I can't find any SHA1SUM files to give me the correct character sequences against which to compare the said results.

And this error occur because after creating list of files, it pass that list to rm -rf but till that time sendmail process queue and some of files disapper from /var/spool/mqueue.

(So i can create the link and download all of them in new server with download manager).I tried rsync but its too slow...After we created the links of whole files we will deny all ip address exclude new server IP address in nginx then we can transfer them all fast. I randomly get system crashes of a fresh Fedora 15 install.
I cannot reproduce, however.
Where would I find information on system crashed (kernel panics)?

My question is, how do I get that certain section from each file, since tail will only affect the last file. I've tried piping head and tail to sh but that's not available due to permissions.
I'm running the current release of Debian with the 2.6.26-2 kernel. This is an upgrade from an older (2.4 kernel) series redhat release. One of the things I had working in the older system was a dns server with accompanying monthly update of the root hints file. I tried working through a dns how-to to set this up again, but it seems much has moved around since I last played with this. All of the files listed in the how-to are not where it says they should be. I am looking for a better reference on keeping the dns server running with current server information.

It's running Linux 2.6.32-29-generic-pae kernel for ubuntu server 10.04 and after the last update it stopped from giving addresses on clients connected.
Dhcp3 server it's running and the conf files are fine, but i can only use static addresses assignation now...
Also MYSQL has stopped working (installed for Bacula purpose) but now the dhcp problem is the biggest issue. I work in an office where dhcp is fundamental, too much clients (about 15) that are personal laptops also (so static assignation for clients is not a good choose).
Please any one could help me? It's two days I'm trying to figure it out without success.
also tried removing and reinstalling dhcp3-serer...no way.

I am new to Linux so thought it would be a good learning exercise to try and setup an FTP server using linux.I have downloaded and installed Ubuntu 10 server edition and installed vsftpd, following instructions found on here I have configured the software and I can connect from an FTP client on my windows PC across the internal LAN.I have a couple of questions if I may:
1) a post on this forum suggests that local users can access the FTP server if the correct line is enabled in vsftpd.conf - I have done this and the fact that I can access it shows this is working I would think, however users added subsequently with the useradd command cannot access the server. Filezilla shows a could not connect to server error.
2) how do I give the server a fixed IPv4 address? It is currently using DHCP
3) I need to be able to put files into users folders for them to access offsite, but I don't want them to see each others filesfolders, can I do this?
