Jul 18, 2011I'm running a script and the response is, missing utility no uncompress. Please install this utility. The system searched in /usr/sbin; /usr/bin/; /bin.
where I can receive a uncompress (which I guess is a .rpm) or utility that will work with my version of RHEL 5.6?

will nautilus-2.16.2-7.el5 be uninstalled and then follow by an installation of nautilus-2.91.6-3.el5?

Dec 2, 2010I am porting my product on to RHEL 6.0 and I am missing (it is available in RHEL5.5) libresolv.a in system. Symbols that I want to use from this library are 1. ns_initparse, 2. ns_msg_getflag, 3. ns_parserr. if these are supported through some other library in RHEL6.0 or if it is there in RHEL6.0 please let me know the RPM in which it is available.

I had been using this module to facilitate logging in using cashed credentials when disconnected from the network. I had trouble finding pam_ccreds for RHEL 6, but I did find pam_ccreds built for Fedora 12, and it seems to work okay. Given that RedHat removed pam_ccreds from RHEL 6, I�d like to know what is recommended as a replacement. Is it sssd?

Jul 14, 2011After installing some Fedora software updates, I can no longer see the header frame in every window. Furthermore, I can't access any window frame after I open a new window frame.
How can I fix this? Can I remove all the updates I recently installed?
Note : After installing these update, when I reboot the system, I can see there are two version of Fedora.
