When i try to login with AD credentials on Ubuntu 10.10 and the user has is password almost expire, the gdm hang and display the message "your password will expire in ... days"
If i login with any other user without that restriction, it works flawless. does anyone know what configuration file i need to change to bypass that problem.

I need a way to transfer the files en masse from the server with the large number of files to the one that is essentially blank.I don't have space on the used host to simply gzip all the files. I've googled this and see that there may be some combination of tar and/or gzip that will let me do this with some sort of redirection.
I really need and example line of how this can be accomplished. If my explanation seems rather sparse, I can supply more details.

I'm trying to ssh from my laptop to my desktop (both fedora 14) over a local network. I can ping my desktop and get responses, but if I ssh to it, I receive
ssh: connect to host 192.168.100.xxx port 22: No route to host
I can ssh from the desktop to itself.

I have source compiled curl with latest OpenSSL. I have also tried downloading the latest certificate bundle. With the same version of curl, same version of openssl with same certificate file I can get it work on the linux. But in the QNX OS I get this error.

When I start Apache it ask me for the pass phrase for the second host (both hosts have one). When I browse to first host it have recognized the loaded its certificate. When I go to the second server I get am untrusted message because it is using the first certificate. I have found and followed the directions of several web posts: [URLs]

But when I call the website, SSL certificate show "Could not verify this certificate for unknown reason".
