Ubuntu :: Citrix Receiver 11 And That Error 61 "not Trusted Certs."?

Have extensively Googled and searched on here, but with no success. We have a MYPC service at our company, but our support staff have been well trained in the phrase..."we do not offer support for Linux", but the MYPC service that we have did work recently under Ubuntu 9.04 that I had at home, however since upgrading both my laptop and desktop to 10.10 and 10.4 respectively, neither now work when I use the Citrix 11 Receiver client.
I get; "You have not chosen to trust "GeoTrust Global CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61." So I got, what I thought were the relevant certificates from [URL].. tes/index.html (see image for a list of certificates) but still no joy. whilst I don't want to call my support department, I wonder if they have taken a conscious decision to block access to the MYPC system from anything other than Windows OSs?

I have Slackware64 13.1 with multilib enabled. I downloaded the Citrix Client Receiver 11 from [URL] (it is available for 32 bit architectures only). I followed the installation instructions and all went fine. I even installed openmotif from slackbuilds.org repository as a dependency. When i tried to do:

I have fedora 11, and installed citrix ica client from the citrix website, but it does not seem to be working. Basically nothing happens instead of launching. I have also installed "terminal server client" (which does work except for the citrix ica connection part of it). In this program when you go to the option "Add connection", then there is an option that says "Citrix ICA connection". It used to be greyed out before I installed the citrix client from the citrix website. Now it is not greyed out but nothing happens when you click on it (also no error messages). I also tried going on the hard drive to '/usr/lib/ICAClient/wfica' and also to "/usr/lib/ICAClient/wfcmgr" and manually trying to launch those executable files but nothing happens there as well.

Firefox 3.6.12 on Ubuntu 10.10 on my desktop computer is reporting a "this connection is untrusted" error for sites that have security certificates provided by COMODO. Yet, the same sites work fine in Firefox 3.6.x on Windows XP, or Chromium in Ubuntu. Here is the more specific message: "The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)" The issuer is listed as "COMODO High Assurance Secure Server CA." Here are some examples that throw this error for me:[URL]... It appears that there was some controversy with COMODO and Mozilla (due to bad behavior by COMODO) in the past, but all I can find on that indicates that this should be not an issue any longer.
Anybody with ideas?

I just installed Citrix to my computer but when I try to use it I get an error message saying:
"You have not chosen to trust "Equifax Secure Global eBusiness CA-1", the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61)."
So I downloaded the certificates to allow me to use it but I am unable to copy them to the /usr/lib/ICAClient/keystore/cacerts/ directory, I cant download them straight to that folder either. I have administrative privileges but still I cant do anything with the files in those folders other than look at them. How to put files in those folders?

My friend has a Linux base receiver and he using that receiver as a server he was asking me if he can remotely access that receiver from another computer and do the work he needs to do and be able to restart the receiver remotely. If you can do it how is it done using win xp.

I am trying to Setup citrix ICA client 9 on Ubuntu 9.04 Server. I installed it very easily and I am not getting any lib error also. i'm trying to create a server certificate to used in PEAP authentication .I have installed freeradius on fedora10, openssl-perl , also upgrade all the packages yum upgrade
Now after changing the configuration of openssl.cnf file placed in /etc/pki/tls/openssl.cnf
I am looking for certs.sh file thats comes with freeradius package. and also CA.all & CA.certs file but i couldn't find these files in filesystem .
Is these files are present by default when freeradius and openssl-perl packages were installed or should i have to install or copy these scripts file as these files are necessary to create a certificate for server side.

I'm hosting a Sendmail Cyrus-Imap server on fedora 12. I recently installed a second NIC on a second internet gateway and successfully configured source based routing. Clients are able to connect over the mail.domain.com received from the gateway 192.168.0.1 to the interface 192.168.0.254. ETH0. Clients are also able to connect from pop3.domain.com and smtp.domain.com from the second gateway 192.168.1.1 to the interface 192.168.1.254. ETH1
I have cyrus-imap certs configured for the mail.domain.com and a Sendmial cert configured for mail.domain.com. My question is how would I tell sendmail and cyrus that the mail.domain.com goes out the ETH0 but deliver the second and third cert (eg cyrus sends pop3.domain.com and sendmail sends smtp.domain.com) to clients connected on ETH1?

Getting connection reset or time out when trying to rdesktop to a Win2003 server that has been upgraded to use SSL for server authentication. (See [URL]). Works fine connecting to other Win2003 servers, just not the secured ones. I'm using Rdesktop version 1.6.0 on Linux Fedora and also SUSE. To connect to the secure servers, Windows clients use the updated RDP client - version 5.2. As a workaround, I attempted to set up an SSL tunnel for rdesktop but wasn't successful in connecting through that either:
ssh username@10.10.10.10 -L 1024:winserver.work.org:3389
rdesktop localhost:1024
Has anyone been able to use rdesktop to connect to a win server that has been configured to use SSL server authentication for RDP connections?

I've installed the ssh server on my Ubuntu desktop and the very first time I accessed the server from my laptop, it got a message asking me whether to permanently add the key of the server. After I added this, it gave me a message saying that the key had been permanently added. My question is how do I remove this key? I just want to know how to do this because I'm going to disable password based logins and I want to start anew.

I'm working on setting up a computer lab for my kids' school, and am planning to use Ubuntu LTSP and Sabayon User Manager to lock things down.
When I edit a profile in Sabayon, and create the default desktop icons I'd like them to have (Firefox for example), when the user logs in the icon is generic and when clicked says:
"The application launcher Firefox.desktop is not marked as trusted. If this application launchers source is unknown to you then it may be unsafe to launch."
If I click "Mark as Trusted", the Firefox icon pops up and all is well. However whenever a new user logs in, they have to go through this process and I'm worried it may confuse them.
Why are application launchers created by Sabayon not trusted by my LTSP users?
Ubuntu 9.10 by the way.

I have been using citrix to log into work for quite some time now. Recently I ran into a problem where the keyboard stops working after some time. The link below from a citirx forum describes the issue.The work-round is to edit the file config/module.ini below the client's installation directory (usually /usr/lib/ICAClient)ind the line "UseLocalIM=True" and change the value to "False".My issue is that this a root file and I don't want to compromise my system.So my question is should I try this and if so could somebody lead me by the hand as to how; using the sudo and I believe chmod command

I have a repository that isn't signed (and would be a pain to get the administrator to sign)need to use APT::Get::AllowUnauthenticated to install anything from this. However, packages from this repository may have dependencies that I want to download from the main Debian repository and I don't want to install these if can't be authenticated.Is there any way to configure apt-get to allow packages to be unauthenticated from one repository, but forces authentication for all others or am I forced to manually download the dependencies and install myself in this scenario?

I have a mail script that has been running on my website for several years. One problem I had with the script was when a bad address was put in, the mail was rejected to the server rather than to the sender. I have now recently added a fifth parameter to the mail script using the -f sendmail option to set the return path.
PHP Code:

The PHP manual says this:

For a project that I have been assigned to, I need to send emails to a business partner(business_partner.com) from one production server. However, my emails neither reach their destination nor bounce back to me.

has anyone running the Igor USB Receiver under Ubuntu 9.10? I�ve made an minimal Ubuntu 9.10 installation and after install and configuring LIRC with the Igor Cesko�s USB Receiver the system holds by loading the modules. By trying a reconfiguration, the system says, that LIRC is defect.If I try the load the needed modules by hand, there is no problem to load lirc_dev, but I get the same system hold by loading lirc_igorplugusb. Are there any known problems with lirc_igorplugusb and Ubuntu 9.10?
