Table './cmsmycompany/l2m_session' is marked as crashed and should be repaired SQL=SELECT session_id FROM l2m_session WHERE session_id=MD5('7fbe5d447d34103616a0c38c3212183f')
I have created a website in php.wamp server is used to run the site.i created the database in phpmyadmin using mysql. These all were done in windowsXP.Now I want to import it into redhat linux system.how can I import database and its tables to rhel4 inorder to working the website properly
I always install the Ubuntu Updates that automatically pop up every few days.
Today I installed the update and it wiped out my entire Evolution database.
The Evolution e-mails and e-mail history are still there, but not a single Contact.
Is there any way to 'uninstall' today's update or go back to a time before it was implemented?
Is anyone else having this problem? I do have a database backup, but its about a month old. So I don't want to import it unless there is no way to get the current version back.
I recently moved into a new place and when I hooked up my webserver, I wasn't able to bring up my page, even from localhost. With some digging, it seems that I can't access the database that housed my posts (wordpress installation). I looked for the datadir in MySQL and that directory shows the wordpress directory that should be holding the database and all the files are still there. 1) why the database no longer shows up 2) how to restore the database from the files?
config my apache server to list all my files: c/c++, php, java files, like the txt file on my server, e.g /var/www/mydomain/pub i want to dump all my c/c++, php, java file under the pub directory and I can access it from my domain name, if I dump txt file, I have no problem to view it, but when I dump c/c++ or php files under pub directory, then I can't view it like regular txt file, Q: is there anyway I can configure my apache server to view all the c/C++, php, java file as like txt file?
I'm trying to move a mysql 5.1.50-community InnoDB database from one location to another. When starting the service I get:Starting MySQL.Manager of pid-file quit without updating file [FAILED]I've searched for a way to do this but I can only find people who describe what I've just done.
How can i find a the process that crashed my linux system,
I only have the below information available.
from /var/log/messages Mar 1 21:14:31 localhost kernel: fown: signal 29, pid 1211 Mar 1 22:00:17 localhost kernel: fown: signal 29, pid 1211 Mar 1 22:07:52 localhost kernel: fown: signal 29, pid 1211
[Code]....
Also I don't have kdump enabled.
I am assuming that this is due to overloading of the server.
My 5.5 server has crashed on my multiple times over the past few weeks. I have 2 terabyte drives mirrored. It automatically reboots and seems to run fine after rebooting.I've attached a copy of the /var/log/message to this post.I was unable to paste file.I'm not if a bad disk is causing the problem or not.
I'm having trouble with my database server run with PHP & MYSQL; i just installed this system on a SUSE Linux Enterprise Sever; the Server its self is an HP Proliant ML370G with 4GB RAM The system was fine for like 3 weeks until recently when it started slowing down. Apparently, eveything is normal when you are accessing the server, for example when you are browsing on the database web interface; but problem is when you start working in the database, when you try submitting into the database, its really slow on processing, i have to first restart the mysql; Could it be RAM? or the SQL itself?
I'm looking for a way to put a MySQL database in a server's memory. The disks aren't fast enough to keep up with the usage and I don't feel like going for a splitted web&db server yet because of the costs.
Because this involves risks (unless there's a way to read from the memory and write to the memory AND disks?), so I'd prefer that the DB gets copied automatically every hour or so to the local disks.
I've got a Joomla website made for me. It is hosted with a hosting company. Here and there i change some of its content, but i want to practice it locally on my computer before i do bigger things on the web, so that if things get into a serious problem it is close at hand to fix it up. I've installed apache2 php5-mysql libapache2-mod-php5 mysql-server on my Ubuntu 10.04 desktop. also, I've installed Joomla up and running.
My question is: how do i transport/copy my website from the web into my computer?
I know that I need to transfer the database, where do i put it in my local file system, and what additional commands are required for that?
I know that I need to transfer the public_html, where do i put it in my local file system, and what additional commands are required for that?
I have succesfully installed Apache... It works fine with PHP-MySQL support... I love it too...
But the thing is that I have to store all my files in /var/www/html/ which sort of annoys me... I was wondering of there is any method to reconfigure the httpd.conf file to do it...
I thought I would play around with php for a while and so set forth to configure apache. Whilst I was reading a website for installing LAMP stuff on ubuntu I thought I would give it a go. I installed a LAMP server with: sudo tasksel install lamp-server and lo and behold it crashed my operating system upon restart. So both my laptop and desktop were toast.
Everything is reinstalled now so is fine and I have installed apache2 and php5 from separate packages. The one thing that's troubling me is why it crashed. It seemed to uninstall vlc media player, m-player and gnome-player as well as removing the "switch accounts" button on the lock screen. Does anyone know 1) why it died and/or 2) why it chose to eliminate those programs specifically.
suppose i have a website named www.site.net now i want to access this website using proxy server(squid,or etc...) under my personal server named www.anotherwebsite.net:8080, means that www.site.net.
I have a debian machine with an apache2 webserver. I am able to start the machine from the internet (power plug board with webinterface) but I don't know how to shutdown the server automatically if nobody uses the website anymore. It is a homeserver which should only run if needed.
Unfortunately I don't know much about Linux, apache, php, cgi-scripts, cronjobs and other things that might be useful. But I googled a lot and have now an idea how it could work. It seems complicated to me and so I want to ask you guys what you think about it and if perhaps you could give me a hint.
The idea: A cronjob starts every ten minutes a php script that checks when the index.html of the welcome-page was opened the last time (fileatime()). Lets say it was opened last time at 3pm. Then the php script adds for example 60 minutes to that time (=4pm) and calculates how much time is left to 4pm. This time is saved in the variable $timeleft. Now the php script compares if $timeleft is less then 10 minutes (=600 seconds). If it is, the php script starts a cgi script that will shutdown the server. The cgi script will login as root (I think that can be done with the "expect"-command url and then enter the command "shutdown -h now"
Is all this realizable? Isn't there a better and/or easier way to do?
I've installed PostgreSQL on Arch Linux & also self generated self signed certificates in /etc/ssl/ directory. My PostgreSQL 'data' directory is /var/lib/postgres/data & I've edited my postgresql.conf file to use SSL however I'm having permission / access problems starting my database using SSL. It can't access the certificates and errors out when I try and start the database engine:
Code: LOG: autovacuum launcher shutting down LOG: shutting down LOG: database system is shut down FATAL: could not load server certificate file "server.crt": No such file or directory code....
I don't know what I need to chown or chmod in order to get PostgreSQL to access my self signed certificates.
I am now able to create the database using PHP and SQL. But it seems I can only do it as MySQL root user.. $dbuser = 'root'; but is there a way to do that as a regular MySQL user?
I'm just asking about a script (ex, bash script) that will let me know how many requests to each website on the server? So is there a way to get know from shell how many requests or connections to each web site on the server, in order to determine which website is under flood or DoS/DDoS attack.
am using zabbix open source solution for systems monitoring. I am facing a problem and discussed it on zabbix forum. my post was as "My zabbix server is behaving abnormally, approximately daily from 9 to 12, the server stop accumulating logs. I observed that the server report is RUNNING but it did not accumulate log values and also the machine have no extra load. Its shown in the graph image attached.t the following reply,"database performance?are you monitoring database IO and available database threads? "So any one have any idea that how can I do this as I am using MySQL as backend database on RHEL 3.
I switched from Windows 7 to Linux and when I'm trying to import my database i get error 1044. It used to work when I was using Windows 7. I was able to export the database from my localhost. However, when I try to import it to the other server I get this:#1044 - Access denied for user ' '@'%' to database'.I have been trying for hours to upload my site from the localhost to another server without any luck..I'm using phpmyadmin to import it.
i installed Fedora 14 on my machine, then i installed postgresql in it i started it and configured it after seeing link [URL] i am able to do su - postgres but when i am trying to create database in it am getting error,It is asking for password then i am giving my root password

I have suse linux 10.1 that came with whats looks to be a incomplete sql server. If it works I don't know how to use it because w3schools instruction guide does not work with sql. Anyways I was wondering if there's any database software for linux that could be installed in my webpage directory and used by html files. Or if theres any free cgi database software for linux that i could use with html to create database web pages.
