I am just trying to print the timestamp. which is not working.

It is not displaying anything. What is wrong with the above commands.
I am looking for a way to print the timestamp of a directory using find command. I can do that for a file, but for a directory, it is printing the contents of the directory as well. Lets say there is a directory called doc, and there are more than one occurrences of that directory.
find . -name "doc" -type d -exec ls -l {} ;
This is printing the contents of all the files under doc directory as well.
I want to print Landscape and I would normally use Code: lp -ddestination -olandscape However this isn't working, it could be another problem (I am passing to a windows print spooler) but I would like to know if I have got the command right.

I got it to work using another driver, but not the 'correct' one for this printer. I have searched a bit and don't see anything about ubuntu 10.10, just older versions. It recognized the printer, and i can print from the linux box. When i try to install it on my Win 7 64-bit box i can install the printer itself by giving it the IP address and port number of the linux box but i cant sent anything to it to print. I apologize im a little rough on the details, im not at home right now. I believe the printer i have is a HP PSC 1500. I opened the cups port on the linux firewall, and i shared the printer through the cups admin browser page.

CUPS was not originally installed on my server, I have installed it but cannot print to my network printer. On my laptop, I can... they are both running the same version of Debian. What could be missing?
Here are some details...
I have two computers running the same version of Debian. One is a server with no GUI and the other is my laptop with GDM installed. My laptop (which prints with no problem) is connected via Wifi. My server is connected directly to the router via Ethernet. I cannot print from the server.
The printer is a Canon Pixma MP495 that connects to the router via Wifi. I have downloaded drivers for the printer from [url] and installed them successfully using dpkg on both computers.
Right now I have a regular text file that I am using for a test page. To print from my laptop (with success) I type:

I printed both the time stamps, in order and it gives me

So basically if comparision is not working, I guess. Or if there is any other nice way than what I am doing, please let me know.
Edit: There was no space in between if, so changing it to this works:
if [ $file1time -gt $file2time ]

How can I combine multiple single page prints into a single print job? For example, using Firefox on Linux one can print a web page such that each sheet of paper has four pages printed upon it. I would like to combine several separate web pages so that for example, web-page-a, web-page-b and web-page-c (each less than one print page long) are printed on a single sheet of paper.
I would like to do this without having to use some form of image editor to combine and manage manually created temporary files.
Im not getting able to neither add new users using command useradd nor delete existing users using command userdel. And even Im not getting able to login into any existing users except root. It was ok before. Im having this problem very recently on my linux server. Im using RHEL5.
